IP & Ownership
Upon settlement of final invoices, Client retains 100% ownership of all final deliverables. MarketMinds retains the right to display work in portfolios unless an NDA is executed.
Accountability Guarantee
We stake our revenue on our reliability. If a deadline is missed due to internal error, credits or discounts will be applied automatically to the next invoice.
